The Manor consists of 12 one-bedroom apartments including kitchen, living room/dining room combination, and bathroom. This building also includes a community room with kitchen facilities, off-street parking, and a laundry room.

Riverway Homes, Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Impact Seven, Inc., pays heat, water, sewer, and trash removal. Designated for persons living with chronic mental disabilities, income-eligible residents pay 30% of their adjusted income for rent and electricity.
